Question: What is the pose's name?

This is attitude croisee derriere, en pointe. Attitude means the lifted leg is bent at the knee, while croisee derriere means that that leg is lifted in the back, and crossed behind the standing leg (from the audience's perspective). En pointe means that the dancer is standing on her toes in a pointe shoe.

There's not a specific term for the position of the arms and head, but they are inspired by the classical ballet Swan Lake. Thanks for asking (and sorry for the delayed response!). :)
